Uncertain Times…

We’re in the middle of uncertain times and a lot of questions have been coming up

How long will this last?

Will I lose my patients?

Will my landlord be flexible with my rent?

Will I have to close my practice?

Will I have to get another job doing something I don’t enjoy?

Will I be able to provide for myself and family?

These uncertain times can be terrifying scary…and justifiably so.

But sometimes scary situations can also present opportunities.

An opportunity to evolve the way you currently think…

An opportunity to evolve the way you do business…

While we are all in undoubtedly a suppressed period in time, now is the time to re-evaluate how you do things to keep both yourself, family and business as healthy as possible.

One thing that I am doing with our clients is placing a massive emphasis on over-delivering on the relationships we’ve created and giving everything we can to help support them in this time as best we can with what we have on a personal level.


Another thing we’re doing for our business is reviewing past KPI’s (key performance indicators) that we’ve tracked over the years and focusing on filling in the gaps on small details in our structure, strategies and systems so that when the world returns to normal we’ve got an advantage over those who haven’t.

So those are a few actions we’ve been taking to help put ourselves in a better position for the return to normal.

We will all come out of this. We always do. How we come out of it depends on you.
